The New M2

This is out robot M2, a heavy weight contender in the world of robot fighting.

You can follow the highs and lows of our progress but we have only one aim and that is to have fun.

I am always willing to share my experience with anyone else who may need advice so feel free to e-mail me.

We are a family team with me Paul, my wife Jackie, Katie (11) and Liam (7)

M2 is our own design and build, M2 was made at home in the garage using basic skills, advice has been received from fellow roboteers and enormous amounts of information can be found on the web.

This is the old M2 from 2001, it has served us well but suffered from a number flaws in the chassis design but it lives on in the new M2.

The old chassis on the pile ready for the tip - actually salvaged in the end and now features in the garden as a plant trainer!!
