MOD 1 Plastic Spur Gears

Introduction

Three styles of MOD 1 gears from Technobots. The first is from MFA (4600-001 to 004) for pushb fitting on 3mm shafts also includes a wire chain that can be used on their gears.

The second set is a tight push fit on 4mm shafts and the third similar set also includes a brass hub that makes fixing on shafts using the supplied grub screw more secure.

Nylon Gears with Brass Hubs

This range of gears solve the problem of how to get a secure fit to drive shaft. Each of these gears have a grub screw that is used to secure the gear onto a shaft flat or dimple. Use with 4mm diameter shafts also available from the Technobots store. The diameter quoted is PCD, the overall diameter is 2mm larger.
