Rubber Tyre Wheels

Introduction

A range of treaded rubber wheels with a plastic hub. Designed for model aircraft but also ideal for general modelling. The tyres are hollow so will deform if the model is too heavy. The Zeobot robot uses the 64mm tyre but with a foam cord insert (with its custom made steel hub) to offer a very grippy wheel. It is possible with care to remove the tyre and pad the inside to increase the 'firmness' for heavier models.
